Casey Conlon

Casey first developed a passion for humanitarian work as a high school student while participating in volunteer construction projects in poor communities with Nick Smith. Casey has traveled extensively throughout Africa with Nick and has been to Uganda to work with the BCDC three times. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge on international development to the BCDC.  He is proud to be a part of BCDC because he knows first hand that the institution gives people the opportunity to change their lives.

Casey has a B.A. in Middle East Studies and in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.  In 2012-2013, he also lived in Egypt and studied Arabic at the American University in Cairo.
